Although we do not negotiate our commission rates, we want to provide gratitude and appreciation where it’s due. As a past client, if you refer a new client to us, we would like to make a small contribution to you, as the bread and butter of our business is the people that support us.
First Referral
As a previous client, for the first new client you refer to us, we will provide:
- You with a referral fee of 10% (of received commissions) when the new client completes a listing with us, or 10% (of received commissions) when the new client completes a purchase with us.
- This is only valid for the first completion with a new client.
- The more clients you send us, the more referral fee you will receive.
- Simply introduce and pass them on to us, and we will do the rest while keeping you updated throughout the process.
- We will take great care of all your referrals like how we take care of you!
To enroll in the Client Referral Program, simply do the following once a transaction has occurred:
- Take a picture of your property, post it on your Social Media, and tag it “@yaorealestate.”
- Post a review on the Yao Real Estate Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pg/yaorealestate/reviews/
Once you complete the above, you will be enrolled in the Client Referral Program. If you refer a new client to us, please send us an introduction email cc’ing the new client. Once the deal is complete, you will receive the referral fee in the mail within 30 business days.
